Let nothing stand in the way of your
ocean project's success

Imagine what you could accomplish with fewer barriers and more project support...

Strengthen your proposals
Keep Your Project going
share the story of your work
maximize your ocean impact

You aren't meant to do it all.

As the lead on an ocean project, you’re responsible for tackling complex, meaningful challenges. You bring expertise, vision, and commitment to the work, but the role has become so much more than that.

Now you're also expected to manage budgets, navigate grant reporting, engage stakeholders, build a brand, and communicate impact — all while keeping the project on track.

It’s a lot. And it’s not where your time or energy should be going.

But what do you need to do to keep things moving forward? How can you manage all of the parts of an ocean project that fall outside your expertise without taking time away from the hands-in-the-water work you love to do?

Project success requires more than great ideas.

It takes the right strategy, structure, and support to move your ocean work forward and achieve the results that matter:

Strengthen your proposals

Clarify your case, align with funders, and build collaborations that open doors.

Keep your project going

Reduce admin overload with systems and support that keep your momentum strong.

Share the story of your work

Bring your ocean project to life in a way that connects, inspires and drives action.

Maximize your ocean impact

Get back to the work you love, knowing you’ve got the right support behind you.

But you don't have to do it all on your own.

That's where Pisces comes in.

We're an ocean project consultancy dedicated to eliminating the barriers that hold ocean projects back.

Your attention to detail and explaining how this all fits together was outstanding.

"I am extremely impressed to see how you took input from the group and conveyed that into the graphic rendering for the WAVS logo.  The draft logo is an excellent fit for our work and perfectly describes WAVS.  Your attention to detail and explaining how this all fits together was outstanding. Well done, I love the logo."

How A Project Manager Can add Value to Your Ocean Research

Project management is more than administration tasks or paperwork, in some cases, it’s what the success of your project relies on. A project manager can help you stay on top of your finances, forge stronger connections with funders and set you up for future success even beyond the end date of your project
